Our rates depend on:

• the financial interest in your case
• whether you are a business- or a private client
• the level of expert knowledge needed for your case
• the complexity of the case
• the level of experience your lawyer has

Based on these factors our hourly rates vary between  €150,- and €350,-. Our basic rate is €210.- The fees quoted are exclusive 7% general office costs and VAT. Depending on your case we also have special rates based on a success fee.

Our General Terms and Conditions apply to all our activities. In case of complaints about our work or the financial aspects of the service provided, our Complaints Regulation Korvinus Abeln will become effective.
